Iodine deficiency is rising in the United States because of highly processed foods, chemicals added to them and a lack of iodine in the overall diet, especially now that the medical community is advocating a low sodium diet. However, these foods may not have enough iodine considering we eat other foods that contain bromine which lowers the levels of iodine. INGREDIENTS

1% Iodine Crystals in Ethyl Alcohol (200 micrograms iodine per drop)

Add 1 drop in 3 to 6 oz water increasing 1 drop each day for 5 days. Discontinue consumption for 2 days and then repeat process for five days. Follow this routine for three weeks. Then you can take 5 drops daily. Once you have raised your levels, it is okay to cut back a bit and skip a day once in a while.

IODINE TOXICITY

Consult your doctor or health care professional before taking any Iodine supplement. Consuming too much of this Iodine supplement may lead to Iodine Toxicity.
